Your role is crucial in building lasting relationships, as you are the face they see every time they invest in their vehicle.Service Advisors guide our guests through the entire repair process, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Greet every guest that enters our facility with hospitality and respectPresent the best solution to properly repair our guest vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understandCreate Repair Orders with accurate and detailed informationReview digital vehicle inspections and share them with the customerConsistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrityMaintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all timesAll communication (phone, text, email) with customers must be in a clear professional manner Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and our customerDirects, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activitiesShuttle guest as needed in CBA branded vehicleEnsure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications.Work together as a team and assist other employees as neededOther duties as assigned
